Done Wrapping Today

This morning I finished all the gift wrapping while I was alone in the house. I was not alone completely it just that my husband was working in our basement and that gave me time to wrap all the presents for Lexi and presents I bought for my husband. This year I don't want anything because having my husband and Lexi in my life is more than a Christmas presents.. Plus seeing them happy while opening the presents is enough for me. So I cannot wait to see them open all these presents on Christmas... That's all for now and you all enjoy.

Shopping Last Minute

Yesterday we left the house to go shopping for some last minute things to get for our dirty Santa. It was a wrong day for me to go shopping because there was a bunch of people.. However, we all managed to get out with no problem, and as soon as we got out from wal-mart we went to Salvation Army to see what I can find.. You know me I love shopping on place where I can save some money.. I bought few things that I can use in the house and I am glad... Also I found a big bag that I can use for medicine only... After all my shopping me and my husband met up in the Chinese Restaurant and had lunch all together with Lexi, Dustin and my friend Gina... That's all for now and you all have fun.

My Mom Birthday

Yesterday in the Philippines was my moms' she is 49 years old already. I did not know that my husband was chatting to my sister, and he told me you know it's moms birthday today. I then said yes I know that, so he said then why not call her and great happy birthday. Well I was thinking about it but I just need to finish my ordering you know. But anyway, my husband went to buy me a calling card so I can talk to my family, and I thought it was so sweet of him to do that for me. I talked to them for about 30 minutes I believed wasn't sure since I did not keep a track of our minutes LOL. The only person that I did not have a chance to talk last night was my brother since he was not at home. So it was a great day for me to be able to talked to my family for couple minutes and laugh. It's been awhile since I really call them you know. Take care now and enjoy.

What A Fun Road Trip It Was

We all had fun with our road trip, we spend two night in our friends house and also visited my mother-in-law which is an hour away from our friend. The only thing I did not like during our trip is it was rainy all day. But other than that they fun that we have was priceless. We did karaoke contest with the kids and other adult people who was there during our visit. Then me and my husband and the daughter of our friend Heater went to visited my mother-in-law and had super with them. We just stayed for two hours and then head back to Heathers' house and spent the night. Hopefully we will have another road trip before the end of the year. Excited For Our Road Trip

Later tonight after taking pictures of the basketball we will all go to Georgia to visit one of our friends. We are all excited because this is a get away from work. I think we deserved few days of off and just have a family time you know. We have not pack any of our clothes yet tho but after my husband and Lexi arrives here in awhile we will go to the house and pack the clothes that we need. We really don't need that much since we will be there for two days only. However, we have to take some clothes that we can wear for our dinner on Sunday tho. One of our friend here in Fort Payne invited us for dinner and actually moved it to a different day since we can't come on Saturday. Anyway, Lexi is very excited for our road trip and we just have to bring a lot of pillows and blanket to make us all warm. Can't wait...

Hopefully I Will The ....

.... kind of rug that I wanted to be in our house. I am looking in some web site where I can find discount rugs. Don't be surprised on me when it comes to shopping because I hate and don't like paying the whole price. If there's a way that I can find sale that will make me big heart so happy. Just like what I told my husband I am very practical when it comes to shopping. I don't go to the mall and pick the most expensive clothing or buy just brand name. I think smart shoppers always go to second hand store where they find a lot of affordable stuff. However, if I wanted to buy rug I might buy the brand new one because in a long run it will be in our house for awhile. So I am hoping I will find the perfect rug that will match with our carpet.

2009 Is Almost Over

My gosh feels like the 2009 just come flying by all of us. Few more weeks and the year 2009 will be over. I am looking forward on what the 2010 will bring in our life. I know it's going to be exciting and fun for my family. Ah, what is good about it too is that we will be working hard and won't be driving far to work since we are living closer now. That's what the advantage we have now is being closer to work now. Yeah it's a walking distance from the house, we can even see our house from here :). This year 2009 has bring so much in my life some are pain but mostly love and happiness that I can't exchange to anything.

I think life would be pretty boring and dead without pain and drama right? But too much drama can be stressful as well, thank God our drama in life finally stop. Boy what a life to live in a daily basis with drama everyday you know. I thank God for this year that I am healthy and blessed with the family I have. This is more than a Christmas present that he gave to me and I cherish it every second. Life is too short to be sad and fight.

Barcode Scanner For Us?

No, not yet.... so far the new barcode scanner that we got few months ago are still working great. I am hoping that these scanners won't give us problems or else we have to get another one. We usually use the barcode scanners for our school events, mainly pictures for the yearbook. Now we are trying to use it all in our pictures, sometimes it's just hard to make it right since we don't have all the name and information of the kids. But hopefully next year I will be able to use all of our scanner. Because when I use scanner it makes my ordering easy and plus their information is included when I order their pictures. So I am hoping and crossing my fingers that next year we won't have any problems with the scanners.
